---New Review--- They have gone from best to worst in last two years, having more customers than they can handle. No more support and no timely/relevant advice. I missed two documents because they push to file taxes early without reminding you the documents you may need/waiting on. After filing they assured they can take care of missed document/refund while revising without any extra charge but then they never agreed that it was committed.
