Updated on May 12th 2025: Zahera addressed my concerns timely and provided necessary support to file my 2nd State tax filing on May 12th. I appreciate their prompt response. The back-end professionals who are working on the tax filing activities are wonderful and very knowledgeable. However, the client relationship officer who call us have poor communication skills and very poor time management skills. They follow up with you like pawn lenders. They don't care about customer service once your invoice is paid

I would like to take a minute and provide a fresh review to the customer services offered by AO tax with high disappointment and unprofessionalism. They have just been delaying my amendment tax filing for the last 2 years, courtesy their fault with no proper response from their executives. All I do is continue to follow up with them with no firm ETA from their end leading to a long wait period with no reasons and illtreating the customer.
