If I could give ZERO stars I would, please stay away from this agency unless you want over inflated insurance rates with NO POLICY service!! They NEVER return calls and if you are lucky enough to get in touch you will get a VERY RUDE person on the other end. Brokers get paid by insurance companies to SERVICE their clients, not to sit on their butt and drive their Porshe all day. Believe me there is no Advantage to this brokerage! Pun intended! Steve will dodge your calls, but take your money and do absolutely NOTHING !

We recently needed home insurance for a new property and called Advantage One. Steve Burns was not available and left several messages. The mortgage company needed the insurance information to finalize paperwork and still no return call. I have been using Advantage One for about 15 years for auto and and home. Sent out email quote April 2013, received back several policy quotes. Found one that we wanted. Called, indicated they needed a medical exam. No issue there, and they were going to call to schedule. No call. Called back about two months later, now say, they do not want to sell me that policy as it would cost them money--tried to upsell. STAY AWAY!!! If you cannot service your quoted price, do NOT quote it!
