Wish I could leave a 0. We had no choice in this as it was done through fha and our lender who won’t let us get a different appraisal. Of course our seller won’t budge on price so here we are. We got an appraisal done extremely late in the process through Darlene (because she was so busy) for the buying of our property that our appraisal came in 11k LESS than asking. In this market.
