Very disappointed in the overall service experience from start to finish. Called to schedule service appointment and was referred to Dave. Spoke with him over the phone to schedule appointment and he did not seem interested in scheduling an appointment, felt like I was dragging his feet to do it. When it came to drop my car off, and I did it the night before based on my work schedule, I reiterated to him the car services I was looking for and was willing to do any recommended maintenance and he didn't have much to say other ... read more
