Poor communication. Took over a month to let me know they could not provide services. I consistently had to call for updates. I also had to drive over there several times. Left messages and would not get return calls.
These are the most amazing people, and so very helpful and kind hearted! I highly recommend them. I went to the other medical supply shops in Las Cruces, and walked out very disappointed by the service, unfortunately. Adavantage medical supply is the only place I will go.
The staff here are amazing/ true blessings. It was a friendly environment, great medical supplies, and scrubs. I can’t wait to go back when I’m ready to buy my scrubs.
Had some problems but they delivered my orders made it all worthwhile
I called this company for CPAP supplies and from the very beginning it was a hassle. This is not a good company to work with, they won't call you back, they won't answer the phone during working hours and you can't leave a message. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
