I'd ordered a nice Rollator Walker online & upon opening the box the instruction booklet advised me to watch YouTube for assembly instructions (when ordering it, it stated the assemly would consist of the wheels & backrest), NOT so... it needed the handles & braking mechanism, etc. Plus, the booklet sent me to a video for an "upright" walker, mine is NOT.
