My name is Linda & i had the most incredible experience in kindness & customer service from Tracy. I'd ordered a nice Rollator Walker online & upon opening the box the instruction booklet advised me to watch YouTube for assembly instructions (when ordering it, it stated the assemly would consist of the wheels & backrest), NOT so... it needed the handles & braking mechanism, etc. Plus, the booklet sent me to a video for an "upright" walker, mine is NOT. They carry quality medical equipment, and materials for caregivers and independent seniors. Such as, walkers, bath benches, oxygen cannulas, commodes, wound care, cleaning supplies, chairs, beds, and more. Always friendly Ron and staff are fun to talk with me and are willing to help so I feel free to ask lots of questions. I am so greatful they could help my mom and I and we are proud to support local small good-hearted businesses in Tucson.
