Abysmal customer service literally months waiting to get a CPAP machine despite hand delivering the required documentation. If there was another option, take it. Front desk is irritable and does not return telephone calls. Jessica is never available to speak to. This place has way more business then it needs. If you can, use someone else.

Individuals I had the misfortune to interact with were very ignorant specially one person identified as the manager, when questioned on why they needed certain information they blatantly lied even though there were no requirements for them to collect the said information. Due to the situation I found myself in, I had to deal with them, however If you can afford it I recommend you make the drive to Tucson.

Have been in numerous times and everyone in the store is always professional and courteous. I work with a lot of retired military who also happen to need CPAP/BiPAP supplies and I recommend Advantage to everyone. All of my Co-workers that I've recommended go there have always come back and told me that they couldn't be happier with the Customer Service and the professionalism and knowledge of the Respiratory Therapist there.
