Receiptionist very rude , doesn’t have sense of humour, how to speak with customer. I had a talk with receiptionist. Very bad experience. I got test from there . I already paid for consultation fee . They charged extra $73. They said to me if you want to get test report book consultation again. Looters . We never go there.
Fantastic new premises in Mount Eliza Village. Dr Phyllis Chan is a gem. So thorough, very compassionate, and super efficient without feeling rushed.
The receptionist is very, very rude. She should not work in any jobs that involve people skills. This clinic will lose patients because of her. I would give her a zero score if I could
Great new location. Wonderful reception staff and great doctors especially wonderful Dr Chan who is caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
