Again to reinforce what most of their reviews online have said - if I could give them negative stars I would. It took 1 week just to get a serviceman in to tell us it was a compressor problem on our 5 year old refrigerator. $75 for that service call but thankfully the compressor is still under warranty. They would order one for us and then we would have to make another appointment to fix. But they couldn't tell us when it would be in and they wouldn't set us up for the appointment.
