Don't waste your time with this company. They are not customer friendly and the ONLY repairman (and owner) that they have is rude and incompetent.
Okay folks if you are looking for a customer service oriented repair service look no further. One of the things we all can agree on is that finding a company in Collinsville that knows what customer service is all about is almost impossible. Advantage Maytag Home Appliance was wonderful. Great Service! I was very impressed with Advantage Maytag Home Appliance ability to diagnose the problem with my washer and make it work. Tech did not waste any time with the repair while educating me about the operation of the washer and ways to prevent it from future disrepair. Advantage Maytag Home Appliance will be my first call for any home appliance repair in Collinsville.
One star is very generous for this business. They came to my house, charged an outrageous fee to do nothing. He looked at my washer and my oven, told me what was wrong with them and quoted me 557 dollars. This seemed a little steep for me, and to be honest a little out of our budget, so I asked him to write down the part numbers and leave a detailed estimate so that I could speak with my husband.
