I question if they even want to sell homes. Not easy to get details on the homes on their lot. Good luck even seeing them.
I love the homes and the quality they have, I wish to see more firsthand, but I also understand how much overhead that would cost the business. I can only imagine how expensive it is to have a show home on the lot let alone 4 so I'm thankful for the ones I was able to see, so I am taking my time in picking out the right home for me so I'm in no hurry to see what home comes in next. The owner is very informative and smart. He's has set homes like these for 34 years. He definitely steers me in the right direction! I can't wait... read more
Not very responsive, acts like its a big deal that He paid for things that were his responsibility. Makes all kind of promises that are never followed up on.
