Excellent customer service, anytime I had a question they are quick with a response or will send someone out. We love our pool and the support we have from the company.
Over the last few months, have been working with James, Kenny, and the crew over at Advantage Lawn Care & Landscaping to install a new pool / hot tub and transform my backyard in Hampton VA into a relaxing oasis! EDIT #3: All negative reviews of this business aside from mine have disappeared from google. I wouldn't be surprised if the owner sent out mass Cease & Desists at the same time as mine. EDIT #2: Baby boy cannot handle a negative Google review. See photos of cease & desist letter. Maybe this is why you can't find real reviews? Something to think about. Excellent job sealing my driveway, highly recommend!
The employees are good so I didn't give no stars. Small project started but 4 months later had to higher a friend. Jamie felt it was too wet but we managed to finish in 2 days. He still got paid because the print at the bottom of the agreement. I shouldn't have agreed because when the company sends you to collections, they're covered after already paying them for what was done the first 2 weeks. Terminated them after 4 months. Will I use them again, no way. Hint, put a time limit on the agreement and remove the part about no... read more
