Henry is a very good mechanic great and fair
Brought van so he could replace/rebuild transmission in MAY 2023. It is now ALMOST MAY 2024 and he has done nothing but give me and my husband the run around. I have small children and have had absolutely no transportation FOR A YEAR!!! We have called several times and gone in person practically begging at this point to please be honest if he can fix it or not and if he will ever get to it. This man has taken full advantage of our mom who is 75yrs young. Kept giving her the runaround as to when her vehicle would be ready. Stopped answering her calls. He has has it since July and we are now in December with a down payment. All 3 of her children had to get involved to lite the fire. Told again they will have it today. Worse place of business I have ever dealt with. Poor communication. Would never recommend them.
This man has had my 75 year old moms car for over three months, avoids all calls, had to call from a unknown number to reach him only to given the runaround. Whole lot is a junkyard of un repaired cars. Three months !! I would NOT recommend this idiot to fix a flat on a bike. POOR COMMUNICATION ,EVER WORSE SERVICE. FIVE ZEROS
