They sent a $71 bill of mine to collections, despite the fact that I made the payment, they just made an error and inputted it into the wrong month? Called them and quickly settled the bill, they told me they would cancel the debt. Still have the debt collector reaching out to me every single week since then. Drove an hour here for my appointment to have the tell me they had changed my appointment without confirming with me. Completely wasted my time and entire day
I’ve been going here since my first pregnancy in 2022 and have always had great experiences. Now in my second pregnancy, I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Graham today. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. He is kind, patient, and seems genuinely happy to be doing his job. I could not say enough to put into words how comfortable he made me feel. Highly recommend.
I moved from California and just started going here at the Quincy location. The staff is super nice. They made me feel very comfortable. The front desk is cordial and they immediately took on the task of getting everything they need from California. Waited for ultrasound results from the docs post scanning for more than 30 mins. Disregard for patients time. The docs were sitting and laughing. Tech went to get them and still waited for several mins. Left without the results. We don’t have the luxury to wait around.
