I don’t know why they take so long to see patients when there is literally no one there causing delays with other appts. Just poor time management and that’s not a very good position to have in health care
They sent a $71 bill of mine to collections, despite the fact that I made the payment, they just made an error and inputted it into the wrong month? Called them and quickly settled the bill, they told me they would cancel the debt. Still have the debt collector reaching out to me every single week since then. I’ve called advantage and asked them to please call the debt collector and tell them the debt is settled so it doesn’t impact my credit, she promised me she would escalate this to her supervisor. Drove an hour here for my appointment to have the tell me they had changed my appointment without confirming with me. Completely wasted my time and entire day
I’ve been going here since my first pregnancy in 2022 and have always had great experiences. Now in my second pregnancy, I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Graham today. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. He is kind, patient, and seems genuinely happy to be doing his job. I could not say enough to put into words how comfortable he made me feel. Highly recommend.
