Yeah, it’s a no for me! When I walked in, I was not greeted there was no good morning. Hello welcome in nothing at all. I don’t know why they take so long to see patients when there is literally no one there causing delays with other appts. Just poor time management and that’s not a very good position to have in health care
They sent a $71 bill of mine to collections, despite the fact that I made the payment, they just made an error and inputted it into the wrong month? Called them and quickly settled the bill, they told me they would cancel the debt. Still have the debt collector reaching out to me every single week since then. I’ve called advantage and asked them to please call the debt collector and tell them the debt is settled so it doesn’t impact my credit, she promised me she would escalate this to her supervisor.
