Do not use advantage homes to build your home. We were made to feel like we were bothering Nick at times when we had questions. He didn't do his job and he did not visit our property in a timely manner which caused us to be in a huge mess. We wanted a modukar home, that's what we engaged his service for. .5 weeks after he took our $5000 he then told us a modular home was not possible for our property. I am currently working with Nick at Advantage Homes to have a modular home built for me. He definitely knows his stuff and has been very informative throughout the entire process. I have seen some of his completed builds firsthand and can attest that they look spectacular, so needless to say I cannot wait for my home to be finished as I know it will be of the highest quality. I would definitely recommend Advantage Homes to anyone looking to have their dream home built.

My wife and I are currently working with Nick Nicholson with building and designing are forever home for our family. He has been excellent thru out the entire process. His attention to detail with our build has been spectacular! He is the most responsive contractor we have ever met. He picks up his phone every time and if you leave a voice mail he calls you right back.
