Recently we decided that we want to install a stair lift in our house due to my sister being special needs as she can't walk. Originally we were in contact with Motion Care. Motion Care wasn't helpful at all as the guy came to our house and didnt explain anything. That is when we decided to ask Advantage Home Health Solutions as we found them through Google. My stairlift, a Handicare Freecurve, was starting to exhibit intermittency, so I contacted Advantage Home Health Solutions, who promptly dispatched a technician. Vasyl, polite, soon arrived and immediately got to work. From my observation, it was not an easy job, but Vasyl persevered, worked diligently, had the necessary replacement parts, and got everything working. Better than it has for some time. He cleaned up the work area afterwards, and my stairlift is working fine now. I’m very satisfied with the work.
Leila at reception was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. All the technicians I had the pleasure to work with were knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend their services.
