I enjoy most is that not only do our staff giving excellent care to our patients but they care about one another as well. This team truly listens to our inputs, encourages during challenges, assists when things get busy, and show appreciation to all their staff. Any needs or questions get answered promptly and everyone goes above and beyond to help!
We have had home health services for my mom twice now. Bree B the Altoona HH liaison, has gone above and beyond to ensure that SOC was prompt. Her communication was quick and effective.
