It was perfect. He was professional, honest, kind and left everything spotless. He checked everything in the building’s roof and took photos of the unit to show & explain everything to me. Technician had nothing he needed to fully service the AC unit. We pay a monthly service fee for this kind of service? Should have just sent the 3 little girls from the commercial. Very poor service call
