Lyle was a great technician. He was very efficient, communicated well, and fixed our heating issue with our thermostat. I am very happy with the service and my experience overall. Our issue was solved within 3 hours. 5 Stars for the company and the technician Lyle.

Reception was great. The tech, Efron, who came to our place was great. Found out the problem right away and fixed it. Decided to stay around a bit longer to do a bit of maintenance without additional charge. The furnace however stopped working again in 1-2 hours. Efron came back in a reasonable time and fixed it. Stayed around longer this time to make sure everything is working fine. Great experience overall.

Well just today I got off the phone with Advantage to complain about the fan switch not working that needed to be fixed to take steam out, I was booked out for 20th ( weird, one of their tech came to fix my furnace and told us he shuttle between glacier ridge and ambleton and could be available for quick fix) conversation went towards the furnace complaint I made about it not get hot and a manager laughed me off , Advantage staff literally made me realize I was the few unusual and minority person who would want a temp of 30 ... read more
