Im done with this place. Had a fantastic regular doctor and they left. Understandable as people leave. Since then have been passed from doctor to doctor in this practice. With serious medical issues cannot allow this to happen.
59 years in Bairnsdale, I used their service to get ear wax sucked out, I was quoted $ 120 for both ears, only 1 ear needed to have suction, it too 15 minutes to pull the wax out, Cost me $178 , yes I get it as it was timely for the doctor, I coped the few extra dollars, I when swimming at pool that evening, still a blockage in my ear, I call the reception to ask if doctor DING would be honerable and do the job properly, Answer I got from Ding, is he would have a quick look for no cost, but if he needed to get the suction de... read more
Didn't get my reimbursement it's been a month now!! Update, I eventually got it but it's because of a technicality... (Not fun)
A female gp totally wasted my time and money because she refused to follow my specialists basic instructions. Insisted on repeating identical blood tests. She offered no communication regarding the vaccinations I needed and absolutely no assistance in getting them. I’ve been overcharged (pension card ignored?) more than once, and have been told to make unnecessary appointments with gp prior to appointments with the nurse. It’s difficult enough to get by when you have chronic health issues without being taken for a ride.
