I have been a patient of Dr Ritsema’s for 27 years, and he is the kindest most caring Dr I have ever seen. (And I have seen many) He listens to his patients very well, and makes you feel like your his priority. He is a perfect example of how all Dr’s should be. I will be his patient until he retires. Then I will be sad

I called to get a referral for sleep study and the subject who answered the phone was so quick to cut me off in the middle of what I was saying she could not properly respond to what I was asking for. She was very rude and there was no sign of customer service. When I asked to speak with her manager regarding her attitude she shared with him one story and he gave me another.
