My hard wood floors are over 30 years old and never been refinished. They were horrible and I thought they couldn't be fixed. Richard did a fantastic job. He explained every thing and answered all my questions. I still have to smile every time I look at them. So glad I chose him to refinish my floors. I definitely recommend Advantage Hardwood Flooring.

33 year old red oak floors were very worn and looked awful. Rich at Advantage did an outstanding job bringing them back to look good as new. Very detailed oriented, I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Rich and Advantage if you are thinking of having your floors redone

Here's what you need to know: Rich is a floor wizard - the legit Galndalf the White of refinishing hardwood flooring. We moved into a house with light hardwood floors that were literally black in places from years of abuse and neglect . There was water damage from plants and wear patterns etched into the floors. Richard and his son did an amazing job refinishing our pine floors. They were worn down to the wood and Richard recommended keeping them natural looking with no stain. We are so thrilled with the results. He truly is a skilled professional and we would recommend him to anyone who has hardwood floors.

Rich did a beautiful job restoring multiple rooms of wide pine floors with cut nails, and installing new seamlessly matching floors in two rooms that were carpeted. He also refinished mahogany floors on a weathered screened-in porch for us.
