May not be the cheapest, but the quality of their work and the professionalism from their service techs and other employees makes it worth it!
The workmanship was great and I have had them out countless times on numerous projects big and small.
Several of my email message were never answered so I called to ask about them. The woman answered the phone was very rude and claimed that they never received my email.
i was very impressed not only with work but the workers who were courteous, knowledgeable and willing to do the extra things to get thejob done. the owner himself came out several times to check on the progress of the job and to make sure i was satisfied. this is a company it was a pleasure doing business with.
Perhaps a course in customer service at PVCC would help. I felt as if I was an a big bother to the woman answering the phone. When I questioned what the found I was told that I should have been there when it was agreed I did not need to be. Wasn't my fault the guy that came out didn't pay attention to what he was looking at. On top of that I was told "I'm not sending someone back out", which would have cleared things up. I had Advantage remodel 2 bathrooms for me. I had used them in the past for small jobs and for some painting, but this was a larger project. They were great with meeting deadlines. The owner had great ideas from a design stand point. They are just easy to deal with.
