The estimater comes to the site to site to provide a bid, says they can complete the work, then doesn’t answer his phone. The receptionist says she will have him call back then never replies or answers again. All that is needed is simple communication and there is not simple respect for this. Don’t waste your time with this company.
Very nice people again not sure about there work. However I believe every glass shop I visit are busy
Communication breakdown, boarded up broken window as requested, didn't give price, did not ask for payment. After several days I called to get update, glass had not been ordered. So I told them what glass I wanted and then they told me pricing. never said need money immediately on completion. I have to go through accounting for payments and could not meet their expectations. Ended with hard feelings both ways.
Great service. You can wait in their theater and watch the movie. Your car will likely be finished before the movie is done. Movie snacks are free while you're watching and waiting.
