Thank you so much for taking care of my mom last month . Ireland did an amazing job communicating with me and definitely made this process easier .
The staff was very kind and compassionate. They were able to do exactly what I asked for my loved one and did not try to upsell me in any way. I found this to be very calling during a time when I was already under plenty of pressure.
Too many good things to write about
I set up my mother's pre-arrangement which was very smooth, when the time came and she passed, the person who sold us the package no longer with Dignity Memorial. Brett Aschliman took my call and made everything so easy, even though it wasn't even his office or burial area. Brett jumped in and helped in all ways he could to make this transition the best it could be! Thank you Brett, I appreciate it more than you know!
Staff was very pleasant to work with. They went above what we asked for and made the whole experience easier on the family.
