Great service from the parts counter! Explained things, gave options and pricing so I could make choices.
We were looking for a used Ford F150 and, even though we didn’t end up finding the right one at this dealership, we had a great experience. Our sales agent, Taylor, was honest, pleasant, and personable—he made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. The receptionist was also wonderful and especially kind with our young kids, which we really appreciated. I definitely recommend asking for Taylor if you visit. Thank you, Taylor!
Brought 2018 F150 in for diagnostics and they found issues with PCSM. Still under extended warranty so was covered. Alex was my service adviser and Adam was the lead tech. Alex was great to deal with. They really do want your business as they genuinely seem to care. Adam was very helpful as well in explaining what the exact issue was. You really can't go wrong bringing your truck here.
2025: Ford service has been doing a lot better than the bumpy experience of 2022 and prior... so thank you for the improvement. 2022: I'm not sure about this place fully. Both times I had stuff repaired had to return for rework. The backup camera wiring fix failed after a few months, they covered the redo... which is great. and the tire balancing wasn't done right the first time, they again covered the redo.... but my vehicle still shakes, just at higher speeds (80-100) so unsure if I'll bother for a second rework or what is... read more
We had a great experience at the Service dept of Advantage Ford due to Alex going above and beyond when it came to customer satisfaction. We went over my options and chose an economical fix for my busted running boards. He also made sure my car was cleaned beautifully during the detailing appointment. As I woman I don’t often feel comfortable going to get my car fixed but I would recommend Advantage Ford over and over based on the experience we had. Kudos to Alex for making my experience a very positive one.
