Problems with squeezing and crackling sounds from the installation. Been promised return times to look at the problem and a no show about seven times. Over 33 text messages to confirm the above!

The floor was only a few months old after Advantage flooring installed it and they did not space it well and the floor panels started moving and shifting when walked on. I called them multiple times to have it fixed and they have not returned my calls. I feel they dont care since the check was cleared and now I need to find someone else to repair it.
