Rude staff, not helpful in any way. I will never use any company that uses this collection agency. We had $100,000 in medical bills to pay off and this companies coding lowered my credit score 100 points for $92. They were paid as with all my medical bills. However no one else was this unprofessional. avoid gem state radiology and St ale's as they refer them. Doug French
