I cannot recommend highly enough choosing another company for your insurance. We were affected by the Camp Fire (didn't lose our house, but some smoke damage), and our agent never even called after we opened our claim. Every time we need an adjustment to either our auto or home insurance, it's far faster to call the corporate Nationwide number. I've currently been waiting a full week to get a dump trailer insured.
