Very bad service. The staff doesn't answer the phone and they don't follow up when the doctor sends you to a specialist. I needed to do an MRI and the lab told them to ask for more information for the insurance and they ended up canceling my appointment with the lab because they didn't provide the information. I don't recommend this place to anyone. They just waste your time.
Nice people but VERY DISORGANIZED. I called last week about the status of my glasses. They told me they would call me back but they never did. I call back today, 1 week later, and they're telling me that they had the glasses waiting for me to pick up last week. No one called or left a voicemail, or texted. Not a single notification about it. And I paid extra for them to be shipped. How could they possibly be sitting there waiting for me to pick up??????? Front desk could definitely be more friendly.
The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and was very nice. However, they told me they take Medicaid but did not tell me until after the exam that they choose not to deal with Medicaid to order the glasses because it's too much trouble. So here's a prescription, take it somewhere else to order the glasses. What a waste of my time.
