Dr. Hart was very professional and informative during my exam. Good explanations. All staff were professional and nice.
I was quoted $75 total for my eye exam before the visit and paid $75 at the appointment. After insurance processed the claim, I received another bill for an additional $75, which the office confirmed I am responsible for. I was not informed upfront that refraction would be billed separately or that the $75 quoted was not the total out-of-pocket cost.
