Jessica Defenderfer is an excellent audiologist. She is knowledgeable in her field and very personable. I am grateful to her for the process of learning about my hearing loss and fitting of my hearing aids.
Dr. David Van Kooten is the best ENT doc I've ever been to.
I found it difficult to work with the office for a 2nd opinion. Then when I was seen I was surprised at their lack of technology both administrativly and for the clinical visit. This would be fine for most routine care but it concerned me for a surgical consult.
I was pleased with the detailed advice from Dr Katherine Lemmons.
Very friendly and helpful Doctors and staff.
