I cancelled my followup visit. The "receptionist" is mean. I don't need to put up with rude people.
Dr. Van Kooten and all the staff were extremely attentive and aware of my concerns. They came up a treatment plan and have been in touch with me every step.

I recently suffered ear/hearing issues which caused me to try to get an appointment as a first-time patient asap. My entire experience with the Advantage team was fantastic. From calling them and the team being able to get me in to a last minute cancellation in Wheat Ridge, to the front desk service, audiologist and Dr. Van Kooten. I left with answers and a treatment plan. Can't recommend them enough!
Dr. Hartemink removed my tonsils a little over a year ago. I was 25 but my recovery was great. I personally think strep and tonsillitis were more painful. He gave me my two options and I chose to get them removed. He’s a great doctor and surgeon and I hope I never have to see him again. In the best way though!
