I recently suffered ear/hearing issues which caused me to try to get an appointment as a first-time patient asap. My entire experience with the Advantage team was fantastic. From calling them and the team being able to get me in to a last minute cancellation in Wheat Ridge, to the front desk service, audiologist and Dr. Van Kooten. I left with answers and a treatment plan. Can't recommend them enough!
Dr. Hartemink removed my tonsils a little over a year ago. I was 25 but my recovery was great. I personally think strep and tonsillitis were more painful. He gave me my two options and I chose to get them removed. He’s a great doctor and surgeon and I hope I never have to see him again. In the best way though!
Office staff met me with a friendly hello every time I had an appointment. Dr. Jessica Defenderfer is professional and shares her expertise with hearing and hearing aids in a manner that is helpful and encouraging. She is wonderful to work with.
Kate and Dr. Van are great and friendly professionals. Thorough job in every visit.
