From check in to seeing the audiologist and then the MD my experience couldn't have been better. I'd had hearing aids that I ordered online that were programmed for my hearing loss based on an online test. They were adequate BUT working with an audiologist has made such a difference. The hearing test is more accurate and the audiologist was able to make a recommendation about the best hearing aid for my hearing loss.
