I thought they did a very good job of explaining my hearing loss and the options available to me. I'm scheduled to go back and find out about the different hearing aid options.
Excellent customer service! As always, Dr. Albert treats me well. She wants to know how I’m hearing & coping since my last visit. She checks out my hearing aids to be sure they’re working properly. Together, we come up with a treatment plan that works best for me.
This place is awesome. I had to get hearing aides (which were very reasonable). They have been very attentive to my every need. Whether it is adjusting my hearing aides or any other concern. They are very responsive and quick to get me in for an appt. Kailey the audiologist is so kind and compassionate. Front desk staff knows me by name when I call or step into their office. They are all so personable and friendly. They feel like my friends. Love this place.
I went to see Dr. Van Kooten in November of 2024. While there, he confirmed I would need surgery (in front of a medical student and a tech) and scheduled it for August 2025. On the day of my pre-op appointment, 2 hours before I was supposed to be there, his office called me and said he actually said he wouldn’t do the surgery and he never said he would. So I waited 8 months for a surgery he said he would do only for him to say something else. This is an issue with HIM, not the medical field. Do better.
