I went in with hearing loss in my left ear due to eustachian tube dysfunction. Dr. Hartemink had me take a pointless hearing test, then told me I have hearing loss in my left ear. This is not a cheap test. Then I was prescribed montelukast. I walked out thinking I had the solution to my problem until I googled the medication which has a Black Box warning from the FDA. I ABSOLUTELY ADORE THE ARVADA LOCATION- Annika and all the gals in the office have been so so good to me. They really are on top of what they do. Extremely professional, thoughtful, patient, and genuine to my situation. And most of all…I CAN HEAR!!! Quick to offer surgical solutions with no guarantee of success. Dr. Yan was not helpful at all when following up on a VA disability claim after the surgery due to what I'm suffering from. Thankfully I found a doctor that was able to work with me to get the VA disability increase I felt I deserved. I would take any advice from Dr. Yan with a grain of salt and preferably a second opinion.
