Everyone in the office is so welcoming and helpful.
Incredibly rude lady at the desk. I believe her name is Brooke. Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. Validated my coverage directly with my insurance company before even calling. First question is do I have insurance. Yes. Second well what do you have? Cigna. What kind? This was my first time going there and everyone was really nice and so helpful and my doctor was really great he knew what was wrong with me and he knew exactly what had to be done i would highly recommend this to all my friends
I've been seeing Dr. Yan for over a year now and I am very satisfied. He listens to me and offers treatment and concern that my previous provider did not. I'm very satisfied with him, his MA and the audiologists I have seen here.
Visited the Vance Dr. facility and got a very thorough hearing exam. Everyone treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable through the process.
