I needed four trade show banners. I sent Ben high resolution photos. He turned them around in a little over a week. I really appreciated the effort. Unfortunately, he used the low resolution images that I sent for a demonstration of a layout. I told them that they looked awful. He told me if I didnt like them I didnt need to take them.
