Peter was great. He definitely knew what he was doing which was important (!) since this dumbwaiter isn't on the market anymore. I have no doubt I will be writing a second positive review when he returns to get it running again.
Peter arrived on time, worked hard at finding the issue and fixing it and explained everything to me.
Peter who came to fix my elevator was really knowledgeable, honest and punctual.
Peter was very knowledgable and went right to systematically troubleshooting and figuring out the problem in no time at all.
