Came to look at our home elevator, the technician Crystal Terwilliger said that she needed to call her manager to find the parts for our 20-year-old elevator and never came back. Did not even return multiple phone calls, texts or emails. Could have simply told us that her company could not provide the parts or the service. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Great team!!! They keep my elevator in tiptop condition. Smart. Reliable. I feel they take personal pride in my sense of safety and well-being.
