Is it possible to give zero Stars? I went in for next Friday almost 2 weeks ago and they said sorry can't do it, but you can drive to Polaris or South high at $5 a gallon. I said that was not an option, and they said I can come back on the 13th between 10:00 and 3:00. I go back on the 13th and they say sorry or machine is broken. Went to use the restroom and went down an two unlit hallways with nothing but the red exit sign and my flashlight to guide me, and the restrooms smelled like sewer. Great customer service. Everyone was so nice.
They are very professional and polite.
Closed their testing for COVID an hour early without a good explanation today leaving dozens of cars and people in the lurch. Horrible look for the company.
