Always friendly and quick!
The front desk lady was very kind. I had a test done on 7/3. They told me it will take a week to send the result to my doctor. It’s been almost two weeks. I called several times and every time they give me the runaround. Very unprofessional place. I have never in my life done a test that took that long to get the results for. Anywhere else, the typical turnaround is the same day or the next day. Reading all the one star reviews that people gave this place, I completely agree with them. Go somewhere else.
This place is 5 stars!!! Front Desk helped me sooo much with scheduling and also with an insurance issue. They are always so friendly and willing to help any way possible. Shout out to Amy, she is simply the best!
Had two appointments within four days. The first one, I waited 20 minutes at the check in (after the time I was supposed to be there) bc no one was there. The mri tech was amazing and I would give him 5 stars. The second appt, was told my appt was 8. Doors did not unlock until a little after 8 while I saw staff chatting and laughing in the parking lot. This is a phenomenal company. Per my own experience: for weeks, the Staff in the offices worked tirelessly, on my behalf, with my insurance company to get the financial coverage for an MRI. When it was denied by insurance, the staff worked to arrange a financial agreement that was to my own advantage. The Technician performed the MRI and was very knowledgeable, educated, compassionate, and skilled. My physical condition was more advanced than the original surgeon had experience in.
