I arrived at 10:45 this morning (1/25/22) for my 11:00 am appointment. Found the door locked with a notice to call the Salmon Creek office, which I did. The receptionist, Jessica, informed me that I should have received a letter notifying me of the situation. Of course if I had received a letter, I wouldn’t have been there this morning. This is very disturbing as we have been patients here for over 7 years. I did make a subsequent appointment for next week at Salmon Creek, but the location is quite inconvenient.
