I have PTSD from an abusive relationship. I have a mental illness that when I am feeling normal.I will stop taking a medication because I feel normal which will cause me to not take care of myself. I had a dental cleaning here. When I got a breakdown of my insurance payments they charged me for Nutrition counseling and hygiene instruction???? None of that happened. She cleaned my teeth, that is it. The charge for those were 142.00.
