Our townhome association had hired Advantage Construction Inc. to replace our siding and roofing. They often left a mess in our area, nails, and trash. This did not also include the shotty work, after the first snow storm, we were left with ice dams and internal leaking. We raised awareness of their lack of work, only to be given excuses. After multiple complaints from the residents in our community, they lost their bid and were fired. Also- their on site manager backed his truck into our neighbors car. Do not use.
