Great job everyone. Love my deal they worked hard to get for me . Wonderful salespeople to talk and work with. Thank you
Buy two vehicles was great but Be careful buying a vehicle from here…. They have aftermarket gps trackers my wife and I purchased two vehicles from here and they both had them…. Was told when signing papers if there was any aftermarket things added to the vehicles they would tell us…. Welp they didn’t say anything about the trackers on both of them
Please be warned . If you don’t have a problem with your vehicle being up here for a year with no call no reach out. This is the perfect place for you. This place customer service is atrocious! I hate that they don’t Take care of their customers. It’s always a run around to reach these guys and man they WONT RETURN A CALL or give you updates. The said part … I think it’s because of race . I wish this company a great day but wow what a start for 2026
I’ve had to go to Vann Gannaway a few times for service and or repair on my 2024 Chevy Silverado, every time I’m there the team is quick, responsive and attentive to what needs to be done and I find their work to be top notch. I usually have a big distrust of car dealerships, but not this one; they’ve earned my trust and business. Thank you to Donovan in service, and thank you to the mechanics that have fixed and serviced my vehicle over the last year.
My service advisor Kim was amazing!
