Just left the dealership, we purchased a used 2019 ram big horn. Came out to near 30k when it was all said and done. After a very rough predicament Brian and Patrick went above and beyond for me. They were not pushy and helped me through every detail as I am a numbers person. I cannot express enough how happy I am with my brand new truck. They did all this with no money down and a sticky situation. Service customers beware. $3575 for replacement bolts on exhaust manifold and repaired connector pins. My wife took our sons 2015 Dodge Ram to dealership for service engine lights. Service department took multiple days to come back with diagnosis and informed her we had broken bolts on the exhaust manifold and a damaged wire.
