Very rude from start to finish and after the sale. Sales man acted like he didn't want to help also acted like every thing I said was a lie questioned my credit worthynes wanted to know If I had cash to buy if my credit didn't work give 3 different prices for the same car each price higher than the last price management stalled for no other reason but to wear me down .3 weeks after the sale I called to find out about the payment I fo the guy that took the call didn't want to help find out rudely said you will get the paymen... read more
One horrible dealership. First they bait and switch me on the vehicle delivered rather than the one they showed all the features i paid for and did not pand did not provide. Then i had a flat and thier was no jack in the truck. The manger Laura said we can sell you one at employees prices. Dont even go buy this crooked place!
Very pleased with Carlos and Steven at Countryside Chevrolet in Franklin, NC. They were very helpful to us in a buyback from Chevrolet on a vehicle we were having lots of problems with over a period of time. Made an appointment online for a “showroom condition” 1984 El Camino several weeks in advance. Basic service….Oil/filter change, transmission service, differential fluid change and their “multi-point“ overall inspection. Received a confirmation email and, as well, a reminder email/text the day before. Took the day off from work, drove over from Salem, and arrived 15 minutes early for the 9am appointment. Right after I bought my car, I noticed a sound in the rear undercarriage and the check-engine light came on (cruise light started flashing, too). They checked it out and told me that it was simple fix involving the fuel neck and gas cap. That seemed strange to me and I asked, "Really? What is that sound then?" Stay away , or at least from the used cars and service department. SO the wife and I bought a used Lexus NX from these guys. we liked the vehicle which was our demise. 1st they had it listed as the wrong type and then tried to tell me I was mistaken it was not an F Sport model. which should have knocked a couple thousand off price ,butt not. sold me an extra warranty which I was ok with until I changed rear brake pads myself and had an computer issue.
