Our appointment was scheduled within a week of calling and an advance call was received to verify the appointment. The carpet cleaning included a large family room, stairway and hallway, and was completed in about two hours. A minimum amount of liquid is utilized in the process, which allows for quicker drying and there is no remaining residual. Floor coverings were used to protect connecting hallways. We were very pleased with the results.
