The apartment complex I live in hired this company to clean the carpet, and the results were extremely unsatisfactory. The technician was finished in about 15 minutes, which immediately raised concerns about how thorough the job could have been. The carpet was left over-saturated with water and heavily treated with a deodorizer that has a very strong, unpleasant smell.
