This is the worst medical facility I have ever dealt with. I am the caregiver for my disabled daughter who is 23 years old - so I’ve been at this a long time. There are too many issues to list. I’d be writing for an hour. I will say this - the amount of incorrect information I received from the front desk staff was mind blowing. How about some training?? A complete waste of our time. Stay away. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I have been coming here with my autistic son for 8 years. I now have a fantastic psychiatrist who has helped my son more than anyone has. Many thanks to their receptionist Alexis and office manager Louise who have been very kind and helpful to me.. THANK YOU to all..

Wasted one year of my life going back and fourth to advantage care, had to wait months between each appointment, and then they cancelled the appointment that was made ! They referred me to Nassau Medical Center knowing they wouldn’t take Medicaid I have my front teeth still missing, and they would not help me with a tooth flipper or something temporary, so then they referred me to Stony Brook where I called but couldn’t get an appointment Horrible Horrible Place wasted over a year Nots it’s been months and months Advantage C... read more
