I called this location as I was looking to get a better understanding on the rental process as a first time car rental buyer. I got Nick and he was very knowledgeable, I had called my credit card insurance prior to the call but had a nuiance I needed some clarity on. I spoke with Gary a couple times in the booking process (16' truck). I dealt with Nick during on the pick-up date. Both gentlemen were professional and a pleasure to deal with. It turned out that my drivers license expired a few days before the pick-up. Nick was kind enough to access the on-line Service Ontario site and work with me to not only re-enable my drivers license but update my health card too! Who does that? (Thanks again Nick).
