As a former renter, it is disappointing to see that management has changed. How they treat their loyal clients. As I find myself in a position that I have to rent a car why is Security deposits gone from three hundred to now a thousand dollars to be held on your credit card. Not only ridiculous but their customer service has also changed and fallen off the professional line. Would I suggest renting from them not worth the hassle? Absolutely terrific — I’ve been looked after by this specific location twice, and each time it was for at least two months while my car was in the shop— extremely helpful, understanding, no nonsense, real human beings providing a great service. Very impressed by, and appreciative of, the branch manager Frank Novelli who really helped my wife and I- the guy came and picked me up from the dealership and drove us over to get the rental… totally didn’t have to do that … but he did. Frank is fantastic. I was referred to him by my mechanic and I’m glad that I was able to get a car here. The process was nice and easy, and the staff here were very kind. Definitely will be back for future car rentals!
