I suggest extreme precaution in dealing with this company. I have a stressful experience and regret to have dealt with them. I rented a ford escape 2 months back for a couple of days. The front bumper got a tiny scratch hardly visible while parked in a parking lot. I got charged an inflated amount of more than 1500 dollars directly to my credit card (I have posted a picture of the scratch). I was told that I will be reimbursed by the insurance very soon. I had a flat tire during my rental and was towed to a Hyundai dealership due to roadside assistance. CAA dropped the keys in the Hyundai drop box that was not available until 7:45am the next morning. I had to take an Uber home and another Uber back to Hyundai pick to pick up belongings and another uber to up my own vehicle from a different dealership. This was an huge inconvenience.
