Absolutely terrific — I’ve been looked after by this specific location twice, and each time it was for at least two months while my car was in the shop— extremely helpful, understanding, no nonsense, real human beings providing a great service. Very impressed by, and appreciative of, the branch manager Frank Novelli who really helped my wife and I- the guy came and picked me up from the dealership and drove us over to get the rental… totally didn’t have to do that … but he did. Frank is fantastic. I was referred to him by my mechanic and I’m glad that I was able to get a car here. The process was nice and easy, and the staff here were very kind. Definitely will be back for future car rentals!
We came in with a bit of an unusual request for a car for our family vacation and Frank worked tirelessly to help us out and find a solution to our problem. It's a pleasure to do business with with a human centered company that puts people first. Highly recommend and will be back.
I suggest extreme precaution in dealing with this company. I have a stressful experience and regret to have dealt with them. I rented a ford escape 2 months back for a couple of days. The front bumper got a tiny scratch hardly visible while parked in a parking lot. I got charged an inflated amount of more than 1500 dollars directly to my credit card (I have posted a picture of the scratch). I was told that I will be reimbursed by the insurance very soon.
