Always been availing their service when it comes to car rental! The staff are nice and accommodating. The cars are new and well kept!
I had an excellent experience with this car rental office. The process was smooth, fast, and very professional. Special thanks to Kumar for being helpful, patient, and clear—he made everything easy and hassle-free. The car was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely come back again!
Consistently reasonably priced.
The website said closes at 4:00 pm. I booked a car for 2:00pm. My plane was delayed. We landed at 2:30pm to messages on my phone saying they were closing at 2:00pm. I tried calling, they were closed and we were out of luck for our 6 day car rental. Why let someone book a car for 2:00 pm pick up on your website if you close at 2:00 pm? Thankfully there was a car available at Billy Bishop Enterprise location. It cost almost almost double but we needed it so thankful it was available.
