My most recent experience was unfortunately just okay… I have taken my vehicle here numerous times because it is a few streets away from where I live. I really don’t like to complain but small things go a long way. I dropped my vehicle off for service, no one offered me a water like they had in the past. No one asked about how I’m getting back home. I asked about the shuttle that I had taken before. They said there was a backlog so it would take long. I just called an uber myself. Very misleading appointment times. Made an appointment for vehicle pickup at 8am weeks in advance. 15 minutes before the appointment time, they text about a 2 hour window for vehicle pickup which meant 10am or later. This window was nowhere in their emails or appointment sign ups. Wrecked the whole morning. I have had previous problems with the service department over at Midtown over the past 15 years. That was their last visit from me. Going to BMW west from now on. They are much more efficient.
