Christine was an extremely unhelpful service advisor, she first showed up to her desk 25 minutes after our scheduled appointment with the rest of their service team wondering where she was. I was there for a simple oil change. They promised a shuttle service and ended up waiting an hour for an uber that they called for me. Worst service experience at BMW Midtown This was my second time here and both visits were terrible. • First time: after a balancing and alignment, they left something loose. Within a month my rear tires were worn from the inside, my steering wheel was never straight, and they kept my car 4 days for nothing. • Second time: I brought it in for service, they texted me a couple hours later it was “ready,” but they never reset the Service Due warning and my AC (which worked perfectly before) suddenly stopped working. BMW i7 Nightmare – Read Before You Buy! I thought I was buying a luxury dream car… instead, I bought a $100k headache. I recently purchased a BMW i7 that had been a loaner vehicle.
