I was a regular customer at this service department for several years, but unfortunately had consistently poor experiences with customer service. The service advisors, particularly one named Elaine, failed to provide the level of care and professionalism I expect from a luxury brand like BMW. Small but telling examples: I'd regularly receive texts that my vehicle was ready after shuttle service had closed for the day. Advantage BMW is the only place I will be bringing my car. Their team is determined to provide quality service without cutting corners. Anna, their service consultant, Brandon, their service manager, and Paul, their master technician are amazing at what they do. They immediately made me feel assured I brought my car to the right center and have gained a customer for life.
Kept the car for 4 days saying they couldn't recreate the issue. I showed up and immediately recreated the issue to the tech. They then kept it another week and replaced an irrelevant part. I wish I could beam the forum post for this issue into the tech's head but we do not yet have the technology. I'm going somewhere else. I would say "at least the people are nice" but that somehow makes it worse. Also all of their prices are heinous.
