This place is very unprofessional. They don't let you have any say so on which medications you will take. They're very slow at the time it takes them for the nurse and doctor to see you. The doctor push for computer screen off site visits. Not only do you wait 2 hours or more to see the doctor but when you finally do it's on a computer. The waiting time is absolutely ridiculous. You could actually leave this place and go shopping 3 to 4 times in the amount of time that you wait in their small waiting room. They will stop you... read more
Very understandable ,great people who help when needed!!!
I normally don’t do these but I was so impressed with the services I received from Dr. Caldwell at Advantage. He was more concerned about finding out the truth and getting to the root of the problem than anything else. He wasn't trying to push medication on me or bill the insurance. He was more concerned with my health than anything. Would have given him 10 stars if it were an option. But the whole center in itself was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for mental health needs!!
Only one of the staff members is professional and actually cares about her job. The doctors they use are absolutely unprofessional and honestly combative.
